CCD-ICP-AES同时测定土壤中多种元素和校正基体干扰方法的研究

摘    要:文章研究了用电荷-耦合装置电感耦合等离子体发射光谱同时测定土壤中多种元素,并对校正基体干扰效应的方法进行了研究和比较。通过对欧共体参考局CRM143土壤标准参考物的测定,研究比较了基体匹配、单点标准加入和优化等离子体操作条件三种校正基体干扰效应的方法。其中单点标准加入法是最有效、经济和简单易操作的方法,并应用此法成功地测定了英国某工业区的土壤样品。

Abstract:The simultaneous determination of multi-element in soil by ICP-AES with a CCD and the method for correction of matrix interference effect are studied and compared. Through the determination of CRM 143 soil standard reference material of Bureau Communautaire de Reference, we examine the following correction methods: matrix matching, single-point standard addition and optimisation of plasma operating conditions. Of them, the single- point standard addition method proves the most effective, economical and operational, and it has been successfully applied to determine the soil samples taken in a certain industrial area of the UK.
