| 摘 要： | 基于ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ Ｒ１２工作平台，以箱体类塑件为对象开发了一种注射模ＣＡＤ系统，该系统提出了一种新的高级体素单元－切片体素；提出了利用二维塑件图形来获得三维塑件几何造型的图形数据输入方法和能完成复杂成型零件的三维几何造型技术；设计了相关的系统数据库接口，实现了系统各模块内部数据的集成统一等关键技术；给出了模具三维装配造型和装配图纸生成实例。

| Abstract: | Based on AutoCAD R12 software, a CAD system of plastic injection mould for box type parts is developed. A new slice element and its graphical data input method for obtaining 3D complex geometric model on the basis of 2D part drawing are put forward. Database interface for exchanging and integrating data within the system is worked out. Example of generating 3D assembly of plastic injection mould as well as its drawing is given. |
