摘    要:济钢 6#高炉在炉底侵蚀严重、炉墙结厚的情况下 ,通过优化方案、强化施工网络管理等措施 ,使大修改造工期仅用3 8天 ;在一次开炉成功并迅速达产后 ,当月实现利用系数 3 .12 t/ m3.d,主要技术经济指标创济钢 3 5 0 m3高炉开炉最好历史水平。

Abstract:On the condition of serious bottom erosion and the wall accretion of No.6 BF at Jigang, with the measures of optimizing the plan and intensifying the constructing network management, the time limit for a project of major repair reconstruction is only 38 days. And after blowing in on its first test run being successful and becoming normal, the utilization coefficient of the first month has reached 3.12t/m\ 3.d and the main technical and economic indexes run the best in blowing in history of 350m\ 3 BF at Jigang.
