电沉积复合镀层研究的新动态

摘    要:复合电沉积是获得功能复合镀层的一种新工艺,介绍了自润滑复合镀层、电接触功能复合镀层、电催化复合镀层的最新研究现状与发展趋势。用电沉积制备的自润滑复合镀层具有优异的摩擦磨损性能;电催化复合镀层可在纯金属电极的基础上进一步降低电极反应中的过电位;电接触复合镀层因其能够有效降低接触电阻,提高接触寿命在今后将得到广泛应用。

Abstract:Composite electrodeposition is a new technology for functional composite materials.Recent advance of the composite materials including self-lubrication,electric contacting,electrochemical catalysis composite coating was introduced.The tests show that the self-lubrication composite coating which was fabricated by electrodeposition has an excellent friction and wear-resistance;some electrochemical catalysis composite coating electrodes could markedly reduce the over voltages of cathodic and anodic electrode reaction;electric contacting composite coatings would be used widely because they could reduce the contacting electric resistance and extend the service time limit.
