加氢精制装置的腐蚀与防护

摘    要:以劣质催柴、直柴混合油为原料的中压加氢精制工艺过程一般分为反应、生成油的冷换分离和循环氢系统。分析了氢、硫化氢、冷却水、氨和氯化氢等物质在相应工艺阶段造成的装置腐蚀情况,提出了控制腐蚀和保证安全生产的建议。

Abstract:The technological process of hydro-fining under the intermediate pressure, in which the catalyst diesel oil and straight-run distillation diesel are used as crude materials, mainly consists of the reaction system, the oil production system, the cooling and separation system and the circulating hydrogen system. This paper mainly deals with the fact that the corrosion conditions of each system resulted from such materials as hydrogen, sulfuretted hydrogen, cooling water, ammonia as well as hydrogen chloride and some proposals are put forward to control corrosion and guarantee the safe production.
