| 摘 要： | 对资阳机车有限公司出口越南的第1批CKD7F型机车转向架构架裂纹原因进行了分析,在第1、2批现车构架局部补强的基础上对第3、4批CKD7F型机车转向架构架进行了改进设计,说明了新构架的结构组成及局部结构改进情况。有限元分析结果和机车实际运用情况表明,新构架的改进非常成功。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed the reason for cracking in the bogie frames of first group of CKD7F locomotive exported to Viet Nam by Ziyang Locomotive Co.,Ltd.The structure of the bogie frame of following locomotives was improved.The new design of the frame was described.The finite element analysis result and the locomotive operation condition show that the improvement is successful. |
