| 摘 要： | 选用综合性能较好的天然橡胶为主体胶种，研制机车ＭＸ－橡胶缓冲器，对实验、生产配方及其工艺进行了研究，结果表明所研制的实验胶料、生产胶料均达到设计要求，生产工艺合理。缓冲器承压试验大于１５０ｔ未受破坏，说明胶料有较好的力学性能。

| Abstract: | The natural rubber with comprehensive quality was selected as host rubber.It has been studied for the experiment,dispensation and technology.Both developed experimental and production rubber materials can meet the design requirement.The technology is rational.The buffer was endured over 150 ton pressure without damage.The developed MX-1 rubber material is of good mechanic properly. |
