| 摘 要： | 随着世界全球化的发展,跨文化交际成为人与人交流的主要模式。而不同文化与语言中的禁忌语是阻碍跨文化交际成功的重要因素。在对中西方禁忌语比较的基础上,分析了禁忌语中存在的中西社会习俗和文化内涵的异同,从而能够更好的进行跨文化交际。

| Abstract: | The inter-cultural communication has become the main style of people's communication with the process of globalization.But the taboo words which exist in different cultures and languages embarrass that communication.This paper makes a comparison and contrast between the taboo words in English and Chinese,which reflects the customs and values of these two different cultures.Knowing these taboo words can be helpful in making a better inter-cultural communication. |
