摘    要:通过实验对样品处理方法、样品称样量、样品称样量与镍助熔剂量的比例、分析功率的选择以及氧和氮校准曲线的制作等进行讨论,以惰气熔融 脉冲加热法同时测定NdFeB合金中氧和氮的含量。对NdFeB合金样品中氧和氮进行了7次测定,其测定结果的相对标准偏差分别小于1.2%和2.5%,其氧和氮的测定值与使用不同的氧和氮标样建立的校准曲线所得的测定值相一致,且氮的测定值与化学分析法的测定值相吻合。方法已用于监测NdFeB合金生产过程中氧和氮的含量。

Abstract:A method for the simultaneous determination of oxygen and nitrogen in NdFeB alloy by inert gas fusion impulse heating method is proposed The issues about the preparation of sample, the ratio of sample weight to nickel flux weight, the selection of analysis power and the calibration curves of oxygen and nitrogen are discussedOxygen and nitrogen in analytical samples are determined Values of RSDs (n=7) for oxygen and nitrogen are smaller than 1.2% and 2.5% respectively The analytical results of oxygen and nitrogen obtained by the proposed method are in good agreement with those by the calibration curves established with the different certified reference materials of oxygen and nitrogen The analytical results of nitrogen obtained by the proposed method are consistent with those by chemical analysis method It has been used to monitor oxygen and nitrogen content in the production process of NdFeB alloy
