摘    要:应的调整宣钢1#高炉受无计划休风的影响,造成炉缸堆积,炉墙结厚,通过加强操作,对上部装料制度进行了相,控制住了炉况的恶化与失常,炉况恢复进程加快,并在操作上有了新的突破,风量水平达到了5300上,产量增加,燃耗降低,炉况实现了稳定顺行。

Abstract:After unplanned damping- down of No. 1 blast furnace at Xuanhua Steel, it stacks in hearth, and accretes in kiln wall. Through the careful operation, and adjust the upper charging system, the blast furnace' s condition is controlled. At the same time, it also stopped the blast furnaee condition became worsen and abnormal. The recovery process of blast furnace was speed up. The blast furnace operations also have breakthrough, the air volume was reached more than 5300m3/min, the output was increased, and the fuel consumption was decreased. The condition of blast furnace realized the stable production.
