摘    要:依据JJF1059—1999相关技术规范,对QsN750型直读光谱仪测定抗震钢筋中碳、硅、锰、磷、硫含量的不确定度进行了评定和表述,分析了影响测量不确定度的各个因素,计算出各个分量并将其合成。

Abstract:Based on the standard JJF1059-1999, the sources of the uncertainty by QSN 750 direct reading spectrometer for determination of C,Si,Mn,P and S in aseismic fibbed bar are analyzed, and the uncertainty of C,Si,Mn,P and S is evaluated and expressed. The value of uncertainty components in measurement is calculated and combined.
