内燃机轴系扭振减振器的最优化设计

摘    要:本文以多质量综合分析法结合现代最优化技术对内燃机轴系扭振减振器进行优化设计,通过对减振器参数在可能范围内的优选组合以使整个轴系动态特性达到最优。其中包括发动机在全部运行工况范围内轴系扭振幅值的均方根值最小及各部位间的相对幅值小于许用值。这样既保证了曲轴运转安全可靠,又使轴系转动能量的耗散最小。本文以一台6缸柴油机为例,进行了轴系扭振减振器的最优化设计,装机实验结果表明其性能达到了预期的效果。本文还提出了内燃机轴系扭振减振器最优化设计的全套电算通用程序。该程序可适用于各种大、中、小型内燃机轴系扭振减振器的优化设计,也可用于弹性阻尼减振器及动力减振器的设计。

Abstract:Taking that root-mean-square of crankshaft system torsional vibration amplitude is minimum in whole operation condition range and that amplitude differences between system masses do not exceed allowable value as design targets, the optimal design of torsional vibration damper in engine crankshaft system is presented. The technique is illustrated by an example of 6-cylinder diesel engine torsional vibration damper design for sufficient crankshaft reliability and minimum energy dissipation and validated by engine test results. A general computer program for optimal design of engine crankshaft system torsional vibration damper is included.
