摘    要:在保持MgO化学成分总量不变的前提下,研究了镁砂细粉、SiO2含量对Al2O3-尖晶石浇注料性能的影响。结果发现:适量的镁砂细粉和SiO2微粉能提高浇注料强度,降低显气孔率,提高抗渣渗透性。

Abstract:Under the prerequisite that the total amount of MgO remain unchanged the effects of content of magnesia and SiO 2 on the properties of Al 2O 3-spinel based castables are studied. It is observed that proper addition of magnesia and SiO 2 can improve the strength of the castables material, reduce apparent porosity and raise the slag resistance.
