| 摘 要： | 微波作为一种新技术,已越来越广泛的应用于食品工业之中。我国的微波技术研究起步较晚,在食品工业中的应用尚存在许多的不足。文中就其出现的一些关键问题进行了分析,并提出了解决问题的思路和方案。
