摘    要:讨论利用对分法绘制封闭图曲线,介绍基于插切计算方法的外齿轮滚切的内啮合齿轮变位系数封闭图CAD系统的组成。该系统在VisualBasic6. 0的编程环境下开发,主要用于齿轮的几何计算工作,其中包括辅助实时设计变位系数封闭图;动态选取变位系数、计算多项约束函数值、计算齿轮几何参数。此外,该系统还专门挂接了一个在渐开线少齿差传动装置系列设计中使用的模块。该模块可以自动、连续地完成系列设计中的齿轮变位系数的选取和几何计算,并在三环减速器的系列设计中得到了实际的应用,验证了该系统计算工作的可靠性和快捷性,具有一定的实用意义。

Abstract:In this paper, a new numerical method is proposed to draw the closed diagrams of modification coefficients, and the structure of a CAD software is demonstrated,which is based on the calculation method for internal gears cut with gear shaper. The system consists of the modules for ploting the closed diagrams of modification coefficients, for choosing the modification coefficients, and for calculating values of constraint functions and gear′s geometrical parameters. Also, a module is intently attached to the system, which can be used in the series design of involutes planetary gear drive with small teeth difference. This CAD system is validated in the design process of a new product series of three-ring gear reducers.
