| 摘 要： | 利用六棱同步变间隙转子进行聚酯短纤维用量实验。实验过程中通过添加不同份数的短纤维,对比分析了短纤维用量对短纤维-橡胶复合材料的混炼过程及混炼胶质量的影响。结果表明,当短纤维添加份数为3份时,混炼胶达到了最佳的物理机械性能。

| Abstract: | Experiments have been done by using six-wing synchronous varying clearance rotor to study the quality of polyester short fibers.During the experimental process,by adding different number of the short fibers,the effect of the quantity of short fiber on the mixing quality of short fibe-rubber composite materials & mixing process were contrast analyzsed.The results indicated that the physical and mechanical performances of the short fiber-rubber composite material are best when 3 phr of the short fibers were added. |
