摘    要:以无水乙醇为溶剂,在维生素B1催化下,1,8-二氨基萘与苯甲醛反应合成2-苯基-2,3-二氢-1H伯啶。考察了反应温度、搅拌时间、催化剂质量、反应物物质的量比等因素对产品收率的影响。结果表明:在搅拌条件下,当1,8-二氨基萘为0.1mol、催化剂质量分数为0.8%、反应时间为15min、n(苯甲醛)∶n(1,8-二氨基萘)为1.2∶1、反应温度为30℃时,产品最高收率可达到91.4%。对产品进行了熔点测试、红外光谱等表征。

Abstract:2-Phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-perimidine was prepared from 1,8-naphthalenediamin and benzaldehyde was studied by using vitamin B1 as catalysts,using ethanol as the reaction solvent,and then characterized by MP and IR.The effects of reaction temperature,stirring time,the amount of catalysts and the mole ratio of reactants on the yields of 2-Phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-perimidine were investigated.The results show that the yield of 2-Phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-perimidine can reach 91.4%,under the following optimal conditions: electromagnetic stirring 0.1 mol 1,8-naphthalenediamin,the mass fraction of vitamin B1 0.8%,molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1,8-naphthalenediamin 1.2∶1,temperature 30 ℃ and reaction time 15 min.This demonstrated that vitamin B1 had good catalytic activity.
