| Abstract: | The process flow for electrophoresis coating of automobile bodywork was introduced, including pre-cleaning, degreasing, surface conditioning, phosphating, draining, cathodic electrophoresis coating, baking and cooling. Some common problems existing in the automobile electrophoresis coating, such as shrinkage hole, bubble and skip coating, were analyzed. The solutions for the problems were given. |
