| 摘 要： | 唐钢炼铁厂南区360m2烧结机系统应用现代化管理理念，从强化烧结过程、提高资源综合利用回收、新工艺技术开发应用、提高烧结自动化控制水平、配加低成本物料等方面提出了降低烧结工序成本的途径和措施。通过加强生产过程管理和组织优化，目前工序能耗稳定在了较好水平。

| Abstract: | Based on modernization management idea, for the 360 m2 sintering machine system in south region of Ironworks of Tang steel, some ways and measures to reduce sintering cost are proposed in strengthening sintering procedure, increasing resources comprehensive utilization and recovery rate, development and appli- cation of new process and technique, improving automatic sintering control level, adding low - cost materi- als. With strengthening production procedure management and organization optimization, at present the stage energy consumption is steady at a better level. |
