基于模糊自适应PID控制的弹药公路运输模拟系统的仿真

摘    要:建立了弹药运输不同路况下车厢多点振动信号的数据库,作为模拟系统的输入信号,针对模拟实验设备磨损和老化后重新设定PID参数的问题,设计了模糊自适应PID控制器,运用AMESim仿真软件对弹药公路运输模拟系统的液压伺服系统进行了建模,利用AMESim/Simulink联合仿真对该控制器与PID控制器的控制效果进行了对比。仿真结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制器对非线性和时变系统的自适应能力强,能够通过自我调整参数设定获得较好的控制效果。

Abstract:We established the database of multi-point vibration signal inside carriage when ammunition is earried by military transportation vehiele in different road eonditions, as input signal of simulation system. The design of a fuzzy adaptive PID eontroller was done, whieh found a solution to re-set the PID parameters for wear and aging of equipment, and then hydraulic servo system of simulation system of ammunition road transportation was modeled by using simulation software AMESim, the effeets of fuzzy adaptive PID eontrol- ler and PID eontroller by using AMESim/Simulink co-simulation were compared. Simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID eontroller has better adaptive ability for nonlinear time-varying system, whieh ean obtain better eontrol effeet by self-adjustment parameter.
