酶法制备乳源抗菌肽的抗菌性研究

摘    要:研究了乳源抗菌肽的抗菌效果,研究表明乳源抗菌肽提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和乙型溶血性链球菌皆有明显的抗菌活性,但对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性强于乙型溶血性链球菌,酶法制备的乳源抗菌肽,有较好的抑菌效果。

Abstract:The article studied Ruyuan antibacterial effect,research shows Ruyuan antibacterial peptide extracts on Staphylococcus and hemolytic streptococcal all bacteria has obvious antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,but the strong antibacterial activity in the beta hemolytic streptococcus,it has good antibacterial effects.
