摘    要:为研究都匀毛尖、湄潭翠芽、贵定雪芽、瀑布毛峰及梵净山翠峰茶中重金属污染状况,用原子吸收光谱法测定Pb,Cd,Cu含量,原子荧光光谱法测定Hg,As含量,并参照GB16740-1997、NY659-2003、WM/T2-2004及GB2762-2005对茶叶的重金属污染状况进行评价。结果表明:五种绿茶中重金属含量依次为Cu〉Pb〉As〉Cd〉Hg;不同品种及同一品种不同等级的黔产绿茶中重金属含量有差异,但均未超出国家及行业标准的限量值。

Abstract:To study on the pollution status of heavy metal elements of Duyun Maojian,Meitan Cuiya,Guiding Xueya,Pubu Maofeng and Fanjingshan Cuifeng Tea.The contents of lead,cadmium and copper were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The contents of mercury and arsenic were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The heavy metal pollution status of five kinds of green tea had been evaluated reference to the limits standard of GB16740-1997,NY659-2003,WM/T2-2004 and GB2762-2005.The results showed th...
