| 摘 要： | 测定玉米须保健饮料中多糖含量。采用蒽酮-硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,于625 nm波长处测其吸光度,测定总多糖的含量。结果表明:葡萄糖质量浓度在0.02 mg/mL～0.14 mg/mL范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为102.7%,RSD=1.24%;测得的总多糖平均含量为0.822 mg/mL。采用蒽酮-硫酸法可以测定玉米须保健饮料中总多糖含量。

| Abstract: | To determine the assay of polysaccharide in traditional Chinese medicine health care beverage.The assay of polysaccharides was measured with UV-Vis method by the anthrone-sulfuric acid using glucose as the standard in the 625 nm wavelength.The results showed that calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.02 mg/mL-0.14 mg/mL for glucose.The average recovery was 102.7 % with RSD 1.24 %.The average assay of polysaccharide is 0.822 mg/mL.The assay of polysaccharides in traditional Chinese medicine heal... |
