环境温度对去氢枞酸检测结果的研究

摘    要:使用紫外分光光度计测定歧化松香去氢枞酸含量时,发现外界环境温度波动对仪器实测结果数值的影响较大。研究结果还表明,降温条件下仪器实测结果的偏差较升温情况的影响较为明显,尤其是当外界的气温低于14℃时,去氢枞酸含量的仪器测定值与实物真实值最大偏差超过4%以上。

Abstract:When the content of dehydroabietic acid from disproportionated rosin was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,the accuracy of analytical instrument had great dependency on laboratory environment conditions,especially when the temperature had comparatively large fluctuations,the test result error would be obvious.The study also showed that the affect of instrument detection on result was bigger under low temperature conditions than high temperature conditions.When outside temperature dropped below 14℃,the maximum deviation of determination of dehydroabietic acid content reached above 4%.
