摘 要: | 从再生铝反射炉的应用现状出发,对我国再生铝单室反射炉的主要工艺流程进行说明,对反射炉温控系统的性能提出了要求.针对单室反射炉对智能温控系统的硬件及算法进行研究,提出针对温控系统所要使用的新型混合智能算法,最后对再生铝单室反射炉温度控制器的发展进行展望.

Abstract: | Proceeded from the situation of the application of renewable aluminum reverberatoty,this paper gives reasons to the main procedure of the single room renewable aluminum reverberatory of our country,raises request for the performance of the temperature control system of the reverberatory.The hardware and algorithm of the intelligent temperature control system,proposes a new mixed intelligent algorithm used by temperate control system,and finally put forward the outlook about the development of the single room reverberatory temperature controller. |
