摘    要:太阳能的开发和研究成为目前清洁能源的发展的主要方向之一。阐述了改良西门子法的生产技术现状和生产技术存在的问题;高纯多晶硅新生产工艺—冶金法的现状,提出冶金法制取太阳能级多晶硅与工业硅生产有效结合的措施。

Abstract:Research and development of solar energy was now one of the main direction of the development of clean energy.The problems in production technology and production technology of modified Siemens arts were explained.New production process of high-purity polycrystalline silicon-metallurgy method status was introduced,and the measures combined with production of silicon with metallurgy method and industrically producing silicon were proposed.
