KR脱硫用WG-3Y搅拌器水模试验研究

摘    要:采用水模试验方法,对常规四叶搅拌器和不同叶片结构的WG-3Y搅拌器的搅拌混合特性进行了研究,试验结果表明,本试验条件下,模型C结构WG-3Y搅拌器的搅拌混合特性最优,其卷吸深度比常规四叶搅拌器增大30%~100%。

Abstract:The mixing performance of ordinary four-blade stirrer and new type WG-3Y stirrers with different blade structure were investigated by means of water model experiments.The results show that WG-3Y stirrer with mode C is the best in mixing performance compared with other stirrers.In the experimental conditions,the immixture depth of WG-3Y stirrer with mode C is higher than that of ordinary four-blade stirrer by 30 % to 100 %.
