摘    要:本实验采用卤水—氨水法制备氢氧化镁阻燃剂,通过控制不同的反应物配比以及不同的反应温度分析在制备氢氧化镁过程中这些条件对反应转化率的影响.试验中卤水来源有两种,一种是矿卤水,一种是海卤水.实验结果表明,两者最佳的反应温度为20℃;海卤水的氨镁摩尔浓度比4∶1时制备氢氧化镁产率较高,而矿卤水在相同的氨镁摩尔浓度比时整体产率都低于海卤水,最佳浓度比为5∶1.

Abstract:The magnesium hydroxide flame retardant was prepared by brine-ammonia-water method in this experiment,and the influences of different reactant ratio and temperature on the reaction conversion were investigated in the process of magnesium hydroxide preparation.One Source of brine in the tests was mine brine,the other was sea brine.Experimental results showed that the optimum reaction conditions for mineral brine were:reaction temperature 20℃;NH3/Mg2+=4:1;the optimum reaction condition for sea brine was NH3/Mg2+ 5:1.The reaction yield of mine brine was lower than that of sea brine under the same reactant ratio.
