| Abstract: | In this paper, the current mobile phone forensic research is summarized and analyzed from the sources of valid evidences and the methods of acquiring these evidences. In addition, some popular mobile forensic software tools and those deficiencies existing in this research field are also concerned. Lastly, the future work on the improvement of mobile phone forensics is discussed from the technology and laws. |
