快凝块体镁合金的制备及准静态力学性能研究

摘    要:采用铜模浇铸法成功制备快凝块体镁合金,并对铸态镁合金和快凝镁合金的组织结构和准静态力学性能进行对比研究。结果表明,快速冷却技术使得镁合金的显微组织得到有效细化,"相的形态由铸态合金中的连续网状转变为非连续细小粒状;快凝镁合金的压缩断裂强度高达494MPa,比铸态镁合金提高77%。

Abstract:Rapidly solidified magnesium alloy was synthesized successfully by copper mould casting. Microstructure and the mechanical properties of conventional casting alloy and rapidly solidified alloy were studied contrastively. Microstructure of rapidly solidified AZ91HP alloy was greatly refined through the process of rapid solidification compared with that of as-cast AZ91HP alloy. The morphology of brittle β-Mg17Al12 phase in rapidly solidified magnesium was granular instead of reticular in conventional casting alloy. Rapidly solidified magnesium demonstrates higher compressive fracture strength of 494 MPa, increased by 77 percent compared to conventional casting alloy.
