铝电解生产中除尘器清灰方式的优化探讨

摘    要:根据原净化除尘器清灰方式存在的问题,提出了三个不同的铝电解净化除尘器清灰方式的改进方案。可根据不同需要对除尘器清灰方式进行改进实施,实施后可以使清灰周期由610s最多降到220s。达到节能目的。

Abstract:Based on existing issues on dust cleaning of electrostatic precipitation, this text puts forward three solutions to improve the ESP dust cleaning methods for aluminium smelting plant. The improvements can be selected according to different requirements. After improvement, the period for dust cleaning is decreased from 610 seconds to minimum 220 seconds, the target of energy saving is reached.
