新型单相逆变电源及其调制方式的研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于调制波重构技术新型的单相逆变电源。通过对其谐波产生原因进行深入细致分析,并研究电力系统处于三相平衡状态和不平衡状态对逆变电源工作特性的影响,提出了一种新的谐波消除脉冲宽度调制方法。该方法的采用简化了逆变电源主电路结构,可以大大减小甚至去掉了传统逆变电源的直流侧滤波电容。该逆变电源具有网侧电流畸变率低、输出电压谐波小及响应速度快等特点。最后通过仿真比较了基于调制波重构技术的新型逆变电源和基于传统技术的逆变电源的性能,结果验证了理论分析的正确性,证明此种新的逆变电源及其调制波生成方法的良好特性,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:A novel single-phase inverter source based on modulation wave reconstuction technology is proposed.The causes of the harmonic production and the impact of balanced and unbalanced systems on the characteristics of the inverter source are analyzed in detail.As a result,a novel method of harmonic elimination of the PWM is presented.The novel PWM technique simplifies the structure of the inverter mains and greatly decreases or even removes the DC filter capacitor used in the traditional PWM technique of inverters for eliminating the harmonics.The novel single-phase inverter source has a lot of satisfactory characteristics such as small aberrance of ac side's current,high quality output voltage of inverter and quick response etc.The performance of this inverter source using MWR-SPWM technique is compared with traditional inverter source by simulation,and the results show that the theoretical analysis is correct,and It is obvious that the new inverter source and new PWM technology with satisfactory characteristic will be wide use in the foreseeable future.
