高炉进风装置技术改进

摘    要:为了降低更换风口小套的时间和减少高炉漏风,张钢对128m^3高炉进风装置进行改进。去掉膨胀圈,将原膨胀圈外法兰与弯头法兰直接连接,同时对膨胀圈外法兰和吹管小球面结构等进行了改进,改造后漏风现象明显减少。更换直吹管和风口小套的时间缩短49.3%,直吹管寿命延长,年增效益23.26万元。

Abstract:For decreasing change time of small cooling casing of air mouth and reducing air leak of BF, the improvement of 128m 3 BF included eliminating expansion ring, directly connecting outside flange of expansion ring to bending flange and improving the structure of outside flange of expansion rin g and small ball surface of blasting pipe has been achieved in Zhangdian Iron and Steel General Works After improvement, the air leak is reduced, change time of blasting pipe and small cooling casing is reduced by 49.3% and the service life of straight bl asting pipe is extended. The profit is increased by 0 2326 million Yuan every year.
