填充比和熔速对H13钢电渣质量的影响

摘    要:研究了填充比与熔速对H13热作模具钢电渣质量的影响。通过试验证明了适当提高填充比与增大熔速有利于减轻H13钢中的显微偏析,从而提高横向冲击韧性。

Abstract:Effect of filling ratio and melting speed on the quality of ESR ingot of H13 hot - work die steel was studied. Test result proved that appropriate increase of filling ratio and melting speed was propitious to the reduction of the mlcrosegregation of H13 hot - work die steel, so that the trausvesal impact toughness of the steel was improved.
