摘    要:研究的目的是建立一种运动机构强度可靠性优化设计方法.在用基本杆组法进行机构运动分析和动力分析的基础上,分别以构件材料强度、密度、截面尺寸为随机变量,机构质量为目标函数,可靠性指标为约束函数,构件截面尺寸为设计变量,将传统优化设计与可靠性分析相结合,建立基于基本杆组法运动机构强度可靠性优化设计的均值模型.以曲柄滑块机构为例,用一次二阶矩法进行实例仿真,得到设计变量的最优解.
