铸造焦炭化室中煤料热扩散率的试验研究

摘    要:采用小型电加热炉作为试验装置,以炭化室炉壁内表面温度作为边界条件,以炭化室中心处温度作为验证条件,在一维不稳定导热差分格式的基础上,用求解反问题的方法,计算得出了铸造焦煤料热扩散率与炭化室中心温度的关系.在工业沪生产中,炭化室内煤料结焦过程中热扩散率的实测值与本文的计算值基本一致.

Abstract:In this paper,on condition of one-dimension unstable conducting temperature differience scheme,the relationship between conducing temperature coefficient of cast coke and central temperature of the cartonization room has been calculat means of the method to solve the opposite problem.The experiment has been finisheedwhy a heater as equipment,with surface temperature of wall of carbonization room as the border condition, with central temperature of carbonization room as the verfying condition. During the production of industrial heaters.coal coking process was calcuated aeccoring to the data of this paper, and the calculated rusults are in accordanes with the acturally measured results.
