转换曲线分光光度法测定复方替硝唑胶囊的含量

用转换曲线分光光度法对复方替硝唑胶囊中的替硝唑和氧氟沙星组分进行定性和定量，如以0.1mol/L盐酸为溶剂，在波长310－260nm波长范围，转换曲线的最小值在波长294nm处，可用于定性。如以274nm,282nm,290nm和298nm定量，替硝唑的回收率100．24％，100．47％，100．56％，100．35％（平均回收率为100．40％，RSD为0．14％）；氧氟沙星的回收率为99．97％，99．91％，99．76％，99．95％（平均回收率为99．90％，RSD为0．10％）。用转换曲线分光光度法，对复方替硝唑胶囊定性，定量分析具有准确实用的价值。

Simultaneous Determination of Compound Tinidazole by Conversion Curve Spectrophotometry
