摘    要:介绍了由中国石化集团洛阳石油化工工程公司负责设计的中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司1.5 Mt/a加氢裂化装置的概况、主要技术特点、使用的催化剂及运行情况.装置采用单段两剂全循环工艺,采用的裂化催化剂为新开发的含微量特殊分子筛的具有高中间馏分油选择性的FC-14加氢裂化催化剂,要求加工中东含硫蜡油(VGO)焦化蜡油(CGO)为91的混合油,中间馏分油总质量收率不小于78.5%.对装置中期标定数据进行了分析并与设计数据对比,结果证明:单段两剂多产中间馏分油全循环加氢裂化成套工艺技术和工程设计是成功的;首次用于加氢裂化装置的FC-14催化剂具有空速大、活性高和中间馏分油选择性较高等特点.

Abstract:Design and performance tests of the 1.5 MM TPY hydrocracking unit of Jinling Petrochemical Company engineered by SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation as well as its technical features, catalysts and operation are introduced. The unit applied single-stage two-catalyst full-recycle process and the selected catalyst was the new high distillate selectivity catalyst FC-14 containing traces of special molecular sieve. The unit was designed to process a mixed feed of VGO and CGO from Middle East crude at a ratio of 9 to 1 to produce maximum middle distillate at a yield of no less than 78%. The comparison of performance test data against design specifications confirms that both the single-stage two-catalyst full-recycle hydrocracking process for maximum middle distillate production and project engineering are successful. The catalyst FC-14 which is first tried on commercial hydrocracking unit has high space velocity, high activity and good middle distillate selectivity.
