| Abstract: | Vacuum extruder gear reducer as a main transmission is a determinant for the reliability of vacuum extruder. The paper discusses the measures for improving the reliability of vacuum extruder gear reducer from three aspects of rational design of transmission structures, the choice of combination of gear surface hardness, and manufacture of JRTR and QJ gear. |
