摘    要:真空挤出机的减速器是主要的传动系统,一直是决定真空挤出机可靠性的关键环节。为此从合理设计传动结构,齿面硬度组合的选择和硬齿面-中硬齿面齿轮的制作三个方面论述了提高真空挤出机减速器齿轮可靠性的措施。

Abstract:Vacuum extruder gear reducer as a main transmission is a determinant for the reliability of vacuum extruder. The paper discusses the measures for improving the reliability of vacuum extruder gear reducer from three aspects of rational design of transmission structures, the choice of combination of gear surface hardness, and manufacture of JRTR and QJ gear.
