| 摘 要： | 从技术标准、用户习惯、原辅材料、拉丝设备、质量控制等角度出发，就６×７大直径钢绳生产难的原因进行了分析，提出选用７０ｍｍ以上粗直径优质盘条，采用盘条—预拉拔—热处理—成品拉制的工艺流程，使用先进的活套式或直线式拉丝机和优质润滑剂，成品拉制用总压缩率小、多道次工艺路线，可显著提高６×７大直径钢绳的质量。

| Abstract: | Proceeding from the technical standard,user′s hab1its,raw and auxiliary materials,drawing machine and quality control,why producing 6×7 wire rope with major diameter is difficult has been analyzedIt is advised that selecting quality wire rod over 70mm,adopting technological process of wire rod—pre drawing—heat treatment—end products drawing,using advanceddance or linear drawing machine and quality lubricant,drawing end products with small total condensation and multi times small partial condensation,which can notably improve the quality of 6×7 wire rope with major diameter |
