| 摘 要： | 对无气象站或有站而不观测太阳净辐射（Rn）的地区提出利用太阳常数、地理纬度、太阳赤纬角、太阳时角、实际日照时间、最大可能日照时间计算太阳净辐射（Rn）及ET0的方法，并对该方法的可行性进行了分析，并指出计算过程中应注意的关键环节。 |

| Abstract: | For some area where there are not meteorological station,or there are meteorological station but some weather variables are missing,this paper provides a method for estimating ET_0 by using the solar constant,latitude,sunset hour angle,solar declination,actual and maximum possible duration of sunshine and analyzes the reliability of the method.The key procedures of this method are also discussed. |
