摘    要:三甘醇因其具热稳定性好、吸水性强、蒸汽压低等优点,作为天然气脱水溶剂得到了广泛的应用。本文根据撬装三甘醇脱水装置的脱水原理及工艺流程,结合装置运行过程中出现的问题,通过分析和研究,提出了相应的预防或解决措施。

Common Case Study and Countermeasures of the Operation to Install the Natural Gas Dehydration Device
Abstract:Triethyleneglycol widely used as dehydration solvent in natural gas industry,it has many advantages such as thermodynamics stabilization,strong sop up and low steam pressure. Based on dehydration principle and technological process of triethyleneglycol dehydration device, this paper has analyzed and studied those questions appearing in the operation course of the devices and has proposed the corresponding measures for preventing or settlement.
