摘    要:介绍了目前我国煤系高岭岩(土)的煅烧理论、进展、工艺设备和工业化生产状况。指出影响煅烧效果的首要因素是温度,其次是原矿特性、入料粒度分布、煅烧气氛、升温速度和恒温时间等;只有综合考虑各种影响因素,才能确定煅烧的最佳工艺参数和流程

Abstract:Introduced are the theory, progress, equipment, and industrial production of calcination of kaolinite from coal measures in China. Parameters that influence calcination performance are the calcination temperature, the prime importance, and, in the second place, the characteritics of feed, paricle size distribution of feed, calcination atmosphere, increase rate of temperature, and duration of constant temperature. Optimal parameters and technical process would be attained by comprehensive consideration of such influential factors.
