摘    要:刘庄煤矿西风井马头门处于煤系地层中,其顶板为煤与炭质泥岩,遇水崩解。原设计使用锚网喷加钢筋混凝土支护,出现硐室变形、混凝土开裂、井壁破坏等现象。为保证安全生产,修复时采取了注浆加固、加强支护等技术,变硬抗支护为抗让结合的复合支护方式,取得了显著经济技术效果。

Abstract:The horsehead of the west air shaft in Liuzhuang coal mine situates in the middle of coal measure strata,thereof,its floor is coal and carbon mudstone,disintegrated when it meets water.As the first design,we use anchor and reinforced concrete to support,but the chamber distorted,concrete cracking,and the junction destroyed.Then,adopting injection measure and reinforced support,stiffening resist support for resist let conjoint compound support,significant economic and technique effect is obtained.
