针对云南省壮丽的自然景观和多彩的民俗风情,利用广电网络运营商丰富的网络和平台资源,结合IP化视频采集和流媒体传输技术,设计“美景云南”集成播出系统,系统通过电视直播、互动电视点播、视频网站浏览和智能手机推送等现代传播手段,推广旅游景区的特色美景,促进旅游产业信息化,丰富广电网络运营商的业务形态,已在云南多个景区的试点实践中,成功采集录制并编辑播出.对整体构思、设计原理与实现方式进行阐述.

Designing and Implementing Integrated Playing System of

Yunnan boasts for its splendid natural beauty and colorful tribal cultures,which can be introduced to the world by means of TV,Interactive TV,smart phone and video websites through cable operators' network and platform.The test collecting,recording and editing of the unique beautiful scenery programs have been successfully accomplished in a number of scenic spots of Yunnan Province.This system aims at promoting tourism industry informatization as well as expanding cable operators' business.The full blueprint,design and implementation of the integrated playing system of "Beautiful Yunnan" are introduced in detail.
