摘    要:低影响开发(LID)作为海绵城市概念的重要组成部分,将其理念、技术措施、设计方法、适用性等融入海绵城市的建设当中,对于加快海绵城市的建设步伐、推进城市绿色海绵体骨架的构建及海绵城市功效的发挥,具有重要意义。因此,首先介绍了LID设施在海绵城市建设中的分层布置及LID设施在雨洪管理中的应用效果,然后分析了小尺度的LID与大尺度海绵城市理念的融合,提出了以流域控制为基础,以城市管网及"山水林田湖"等大海绵体为依托,以LID为建设重点,多尺度多学科交叉建设海绵城市的途径,同时分析了LID设施在工程应用中的难点及其发展前景,最后以临海市海绵城市建设区为例,分析了LID在海绵城市建设中的综合效果,以期为LID在海绵城市建设的应用中提供一些借鉴与启示,以便更好地推动海绵城市的建设。

Application of Low Impact Development in Sponge City Construction
Abstract:Low impact development (LID) as an important part of the sponge city concept, putting its concept, technical measures, design methods and applicability into sponge city construction has very important significance to accelerate the pace of sponge city construction and promote urban green cavernous body and the function of sponge city. This paper first introduces how to layout LID facilities into sponge city and the functions of LID facilities in storm water management. Then, the integration of small scale LID and large scale sponge city concept is analyzed. Based on the watershed control, relying on the urban utilities networks and the big cavernous body of landscape lake, the way of constructing multi scale and multi disciplinary sponge city is put forward by focusing on LID construction. The difficulties and prospects of LID in sponge city construction are analyzed. Finally, taking sponge construction zone of Linhai city as a case study, the comprehensive effect of the LID in sponge city construction is analyzed in order to provide some reference and revelation for the construction of sponge city and promote its better development.
