| 摘 要： | 随着宽带、移动数据、专线、IPTV等业务快速发展，现有本地传送网设备类型和平面过多、功能简单，需要多种传输设备叠加、组合才能承载各类业务。全光传送网作为本地传送网远期发展的终极目标，是一个具备多种功能、大容量、扁平化、高可靠性、更加智能的统一的全光传送网。本文通过分析中长期业务发展、现有不同类型传输设备的优劣势，研究分析两条传送网演进路线，分别由OTN向全光传送网演进和PTN OVER OTN向全光传送网演进。
