Cr12MoV钢宽带激光淬火组织回火稳定性研究

摘    要:通过对经常规处理后的Cr12MoV钢用CO2激光器进行宽带激光表面淬火,并对淬火后的试样进行不同温度的回火处理。结果表明,激光淬火组织的回火稳定性明显提高,并且"二次硬化"现象显著。借助扫描电镜观察,分析了回火稳定性提高的原因。

Abstract:The wide-band laser surface quenching for Cr12MoV steel treated conventionally was carried on by CO2 laser equipment. Subsequently the laser-quenched samples were tempered at various temperature. The results show that laser hardened steel has good microstructure stability at relatively high temperature, especially the secondary hardening occurrs obviously during tempering. The reason for enhancing tempering stability was analyzed by means of SEM observation.
