W 波段带状注速调管注波互作用系统的研究

摘    要:建立了带状注速调管的二维窄带宏粒子模型,自主开发出了二维非线性注波互作用程序SBK2D,对具有八个多间隙腔体的W波段带状注速调管注波互作用进行了初步分析,获得了输出峰值功率53kW、效率20%、增益38dB的结果.将计算结果与三维PIC软件仿真设计结果进行了比较,验证了SBK2D程序的有效性。

Abstract:In order to study the nonlinear beam-wave interaction for sheet beam klystrons more efficiently, a calculation code of SBK2D based on a 2D rod shaped macro-particle model is developed and used to simulate and analyze a high power W-band sheet beam klystron with 8 multiple gap barbell cavities. More than 53kW high frequency output with the efficiency of 20% and gain of 38 dB are observed, and the results agree very well with 3D PIC program
