A fast Accurate Method for Oscillatory Integrals of Fresnel Type

By exchanging variable and extend the path of integration in plural plane, the oscillatory integrals of Fresnel type is changed non-oscillating. The oscillating frequency larger, the compute rate is faster. The method only uses the change in math, thus there is nearly no error and the problem of the oscillatory integrals of Fresnel type is solved perfectly.
